Content heavy WP website to build

Hi there,

I’m looking for a freelancer who can take on our content heavy website development. I have the designs on Figma, need to make them responsive and we care a lot about the page loading speed so will appreciate if you can provide a few links of content-heavy sites that you have built on WordPress and score an A/B on Gtmetrix.com. Btw, we only have about 8 pages to build and the layout is pretty straight forward.
