Looking for a full-time front-end developer to run the site for an online news and entertainment magazine focused on youth culture in Myanmar and the surrounding Southeast Asia region. RESPONSIBILITIES
Overseeing technical initiatives for all digital properties.
Updating our website on the WordPress platform.
Providing SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with website. Providing diligent recommendations and executing strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals, both general and keyword specific.
Assisting in the development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goals.
Managing delivery of new digital product features, and unique marketing solutions for clients.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Proficiency with the following:
Front-end development with HTML 5, CSS 3 & JavaScript
WordPress template development
WordPress back-end customization and extension
WordPress plugin / theme development / API, PHP, HTML, JavaScript and CSS
Experience in MySQL
Experience with cross browser compatibility testing
Adobe Photoshop
Google Analytics
