Harness is an application powered by WordPress that’s used by thousands of construction workers every day to manage health & safety tasks. Our users primarily access Harness through their mobile device and most of them aren’t that comfortable with technology. This represents an interesting challenge for us and we’re looking for a developer/designer to help.
I’m looking for someone that knows WordPress inside and out to help me build out new features on our completely custom theme and to maintain the site (update plugins, conflict resolutions, bug fixes, etc…).
This person also needs to have a blend of designer skills, a professional attitude, and a strong desire to create exceptional customer experiences. You’ll often be asked to manage multiple short and long term priorities. You’ll be expected to turn client requirements into actionable, scalable, elegant solutions.
After a suitable length engagement as a freelancer and providing, we’re both happy with things, I would be love to bring on this person on full time as CTO with salary and equity.
