OVERVIEW:
A Washington, DC-based strategic creative agency is looking to engage a coder / developer who has demonstrable experience using Oxygen to build pages for WordPress websites. The client agency is part of the Omnicron Group’s worldwide network of advertising, marketing, public relations and communications firms.
Work will be on an as-needed, per-project basis. At this time we are not asking interested to make specific commitments. We are looking to develop relationships with one or more coders / developers who have experience using Oxygen and who would be interested in possibly taking on project work in service of the agency’s clients from time to time over the next year.
WORK LOCATION:
This is a work-from-home opportunity. All work can be done from the location of your choice in the United States. We will mention though, that if you are interested in working with a terrific group of creative peers at the agency’s Washington, DC offices, you will be able to do so.
RATE:
Brainstorm Creative Resources strives to pay competitively. For this scope of work we are suggesting a broad pay rate range of $80/hour to $140/hour.
Brainstorm Creative Resources counsels its clients to pay competitively so that we can do the same. It is unlikely (but not impossible) that we will offer early career applicants near the top of the stated rate range. Alternatively, highly experienced professionals at any point in their careers whose resumes indicate substantial, relevant experience can expect that we will make a strong case to our client, to pay you near or at the top of the range — or possibly beyond.
The actual rate offered will be commensurate with your experience and current market norms and will also largely be based on the following factors: credentials as detailed in your resume, your portfolio or other example work submitted, your initial interactions with Brainstorm Creative Resources and/or the hiring organization, and quality of reference providers and references provided.
