PHP & Javascript help

I create WordPress sites for my clients, and I occasionally get requests for features that require more knowledge of PHP and/or Javascript than I possess.  I’m looking for someone reliable to whom I can subcontract small tasks, like modifying a plugin or template.  Please reply with a description of  your skills, some work samples and an hourly rate.  Thanks.
