WordPress Developers are expected to be problem solvers, with the ability to evaluate several options in order to pick the solution that provides a best fit between clients requirements and the project budget and timeline. WordPress Developers are able to debug and/or modify existing PHP and Javascript. They are highly consultative and help Project Managers and clients make sound decisions on the right path forward. Ultimately, they opt for configuration versus custom solutions, which allow the customer to get the largest ROI from open source software.
