The Job

You will be responsible for:

• Creation of clean, logical, well-documented and reusable code

• Strong knowledge of WordPress standard coding

• Developing and modifying custom themes and plugins

• Theme and Template integration

• Developing, maintaining and optimising secure, reusable and scalable websites and web apps

The Profile
**

• You possess a Master/Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and at least 2 years experience in a Software Engineer role.

• You have knowledge of Payment Gateway Integration.

• You must have experience in WordPress management in developing server-side expertise.
• Experience with Shopify Plus plan and having knowledge in other Ecommerce platform like Magento, woocommerce, BigCommerce will be preferred.

• You should have excellent knowledge of good coding standards.

• You possess good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.

• You have experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications, as well as designing and developing responsive design websites.

• You are comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.

• You should be able to develop modules independently and perform Unit testing

• You have the ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers

• You have proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial

• You posses strong understanding of PHP backend development.

• You are proficient in PHP Programming and frameworks like Laravel.

• You are proficient in MySQL and MVC Architecture.

• You have proficiency in API Integration tools: JSON, XML, and API / RESTful APIs Integrations.

• You pay high attention to detail and deliver work of high standards

• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
